Residential and condominium homes are subject to a $495 transaction fee and a minimum listing commission of $4,000. The 1% listing commission does not apply to land, mobile home sales, short sales, bank-owned properties, or REO properties. There is a 6% commission on transactions with relocation companies involved (3% listing + 3% buyer). If referral fees are paid to third-party companies, the commission rate may be higher to cover the agent's referral fee costs.
